- Any individual who is 18
years of age & residing in India is eligible to become an
independent Distributor of Prime India Enterprises.
- An Independent Distributor
is requested to pay the value of product through D.D. in
favour of Prime India Enterprises payable at Ernakulam.
- An Independent Distributors
those who promote the package of the company are eligible to
receive referral income from the Company as per business
plan.
- Company have the right to
make any changes/modify the business plan if necessary at
any time without prior notice and the distributor shall
abide by such changes.
- The Company reserves the
right to deduct TDS & Administration Charges (20%) on all
operational services including processing and despatching of
incentive cheques.
- Company reserves the right
to suspend / terminate any Independent Distributor if found
in any anti Company activities.
- No distributor is authorised
to collect Cash Payment on behalf of the Company. Any new
Distributor gives cash to their sponsor of respective leader
will do so at their own risk & company will not be
responsible for any misappropriation of it.
- The company will not
consider any application for enrollment without receipt of
the payment.
- The sponsors/introducers are
not authorised to make any promise to a prospective business
associate of any assured or guaranteed income from the
business. All income is generated only through the
continued, personal and downline business activity of
product sales and sponsoring. If applicant realise on any
promises made by an associate trying to sponsor him/her that
are not in this document and / or official company material
and that sponsoring material fails to keep any such promise,
the applicant shall only have recourse against
such-sponsoring business associate and not the Company.
- Upon the death of the
Distributor the nominee will automatically assume the
applicant position.
- The Distributor should not
directly or indirectly use the name, trademarks used by the
company except as expressly permitted by the company.
- All disputes subject to
Ernakulam Jurisdiction only.
